Terms of Service

Using Oranito

You need an account to use Oranito, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13.

Your content is yours

Your tasks, events, habits and notes belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to run the service — storing your content, showing it back to you, syncing it with calendars you connect, and sending it to the assistant when you ask it something.

The assistant

The assistant can create, move and complete things on your behalf. It is a language model and it can be wrong, so anything it does is recorded and can be undone. Check anything that matters — a missed meeting is not something we can compensate you for.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, renew automatically, and are cancelled through the store you bought them from. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Stripe and can be cancelled from your account.

Fair use

Do not use Oranito to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to access someone else's account. We may suspend an account that does.

No warranty

Oranito is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never lose data, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are legally unable to.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
